Covid-19 Customer Update

Dear Customers,



As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to unfold, we wanted to reassure you that our number one priority remains the safety and well-being of our team and customers.


We want to reassure you that we are taking the risk of this virus very seriously and have spent time analysing our operations to see how and where we can prevent its spread.


We are staying well informed of the developing situation and are following the advice and recommendations from the Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.


We are currently taking the following steps to take care of our customers and staff -


- We will always extend a warm welcome but for the time being this welcome won’t be accompanied by a handshake or any other physical contact.

- Hand sanitiser is available at the customer and staff entrances to our shop. We kindly ask all who enter the shop to use it.

- All staff follow personal sanitation procedures prior to starting work and throughout the day.

- Our fitters will use hand sanitiser throughout the duration of the installation process. They will also have their own soap and hand towels with them if you’d rather they washed their hands using your facilities, please tell them if you’d like them to do so.

- All credit card machines are wiped down after each transaction.

- Door handles are disinfected at regular intervals throughout the day

- We are following the latest Government recommendations and asking any team member with flu-like symptoms, a dry cough or temperature, to self-isolate for 7 days. Also, any members returning from certain affected areas abroad, or those who have been in close personal contact with someone who has contracted the virus to self-isolate for fourteen days.

- To keep our staff safe whilst working in your home we respectfully ask our customers to please inform us if any of these factors apply to you. We will reschedule your appointment with no charge.
